Below you will find a breakdown of what each
night of Infuse normally looks like. Each night has a theme that goes along
with the definitions on the home page. We have designed the nights to build
upon each other to have the most impact for your students. Typically each
night’s program runs about an hour and a half. We also encourage communities to
have a hang out time with snacks at the end of the night so students have a
chance to unwind, hang out with the ministry team and each other. This allows
for your students to not only be challenged to walk closer with God during the
week, but they will also grow closer in community through this time.
Night 1: The first night is filled with energy! The students get to know the
band and speaker, Terry Weaver. Terry will speak to students to about living a
life that reflects Christ and challenges students on their commitment level to
God. This night helps students evaluate where they are in their relationship
with God and how they can step up that relationship to live a committed life for
Him and that reflects Him.
Night 2: This night focuses on worship. A true lifestyle of worship consists
of emptying yourself of everything that is of you and filing up with all God has
for you. This evening is powerful! Students will be challenged to get to know
their Maker better than ever before as they let go of everything and anything
that is not of Him. So many times worship is taught as the songs that we sing
or the things we do before the sermon, but this night reveals that worship is
more. Worship is the way that we live our lives.
Night 3: Evangelism is the focus of night three. Students will learn what it
means to be a missionary on their campuses. They will learn practical ways to
impact the people they encounter daily and lead them to Christ. On this night
there is also a challenge to apply what was just learned and invite someone the
next night, which is a concert and outreach night.
Night 4: Outreach is the focus this night. Students will normally invite more
of their friends to Infuse this night. We start out with a concert. As the
night progresses, the event slows down into a short time of worship. Then, a
clear message of the Gospel is presented in a way that students can relate. For
students that know the message of the Cross and have a relationship with Christ,
they are challenged to kick it up a notch! What does the cross mean to them
personally? This night is more energy packed and fun for the purpose of
inviting unsaved students.
Night 5: The last night is a time of commitment (if it goes to 5 nights). It
is an intimate time of communion and commissioning to solidify commitments made
during the week. This is an evening for students to spend time at the foot of
the cross seeping in God’s presence. Communion is taken and students have the
time to reflect on what Christ has done for them. Then they are commissioned
out onto their campuses to be God’s servants.
Infuse is a cutting edge event designed specifically for students. We designed
Infuse so the lives of students would be forever changed. This is an event that
is relevant and fresh without all the hype. Everyone involved in bringing
Infuse to your areas is relational and will minister to your students both on
and off the stage. We have designed Infuse to be a way for the community to
unite as students get to know their Creator better! Our prayer is to see lives
changed through Infuse.
